We have the first set of 144000 data points to sift through from our 'control' experiment. The system seems to be working well. The next batch of 1.2 million docking calculations is in the queue and ready to go.

you will need to notice, that there will be much longer jobs. and that the server is currently way too slow to cope with the demand.
but i think this will be improved ASAP.

They are now taking ~20minutes on said system. I think that is probably ideal, as they don't checkpoint and some people are using slower CPU's. Several projects that don't have tasks that checkpoint settled between 10 and 30min for run time. I have adjusted my cache, which is usually fairly low anyway.
